Mr. Fenster, his partner, and office staff are phenomenal! I had a very complicated case, and Mr. Fenter was professional, extremely educated and experienced throughout the entire case. I was referred by a friend and would refer Mr. Fenster and his law firm to anyone who needs legal help and resolution. My case concluded in my favor because of Mr. Fenster. He and his staff are caring, thorough, understanding, and extremely knowledgeable.
During the summer of 2021, my mother wrongfully died in an ALF/memory care facility. Like many ALF's, this one was understaffed, undertrained, and underfunded and definitely not equipped to care for her properly. There are no words that can describe how hard it is to learn your family is being mistreated in a facility. You feel helpless and responsible all at the same time.
