Terrible updating, communication and customer service. Simple requests for updated missed or ignored. Boat in for service but returned with outstanding items and parts still not replaced or repaired. There are much better places I have used and sorry I gave them a go. UPDATE: 10 mths after boat trailer serviced and re-wired and previous rating and comments.... the trailer lights stopped working on one side...! I have just bought a Whittley Cruiser and had it serviced by Fenquin. John and the team were fantastic and the motor is running as smooth as silk. I highly recommend the Fenquin Ingleburn team.

I can’t speak more highly of the team at Fenquin. When you install a brand new Volvo stern drive into an older boat there will always be a few little issues and John in Service and Chris have gone above and beyond to sort everything out for me. A big thanks to the team at Fenquin. We needed a couple of parts urgently for our party boat in Canberra during our busiest season and they were extremely knowledgeable and helpful and fast at sourcing parts so we could continue our parties straight away. Will be a lifelong customer.
