The cake tasted good, however the color was wrong and we were supposed to have two different flavors and received one. My biggest complaint was that while we were on our honeymoon, they charged our card 3 times for the same cake. When we called while on our honeymoon to get the issue resolved, their solution was to send a check to us instead of refunding the card. This was because they didn't want to pay a credit card fee.....

And furthermore, If we wanted to avoid credit card fees we would refund you through the credit card so they would take the fees away. This whole statement you put on here is totally bizarre. We are dumbfounded. Hope to hear from you soon.
Our cake turned out beautiful and exactly what we wanted. Flavors were on point!
