Can only speak to our personal experience and it has not been great. Emails and calls are hardly returned. Communication is mediocre at best. They are definitely not timely or in any rush to get matters closed (3 years and still ongoing). They make you feel really insignificant. Would not recommend.
Poor customer service. Overcharged for services. Didn’t even spend the right amount of time for the services charged!
