The absolute worst experience I have ever had. If you are buying, selling, or refinancing, and you end up being assigned these appraisers, fire your banker and start the process over again from scratch. That will ultimately cost you less than dealing with the sheer incompetence and it will be significantly less frustrating than being jerked around by people who enjoy knit picking and spending other people's money on absurdly unnecessary repairs.
