Living at Fennwoode is like staying at a cottage resort, except this is one holiday I never have to leave! The staff are incredibly friendly, proactive and so very kind - all my maintenance needs are addressed immediately and even before they become issues! The home itself is immaculately clean, very well maintained and safe. I feel supported and protected at every step. This is not my first renting experience, but is by FAR the best!
I have no idea what the negative reviews are talking about. I lived here for 7 years and overall it was great. They were installing brand new efficient HVAC systems when we left. Even before that our bills were never too bad, despite us abusing the HVAC system (we love the cold). The grounds were well maintained and maintenance fixed any issues immediately. I never received a call or email as to my inquiry about renting this place. I find this very rude that you cant reply and say it’s already rented or that I don’t qualify.
