Awful. New owners took over and it changed immediately. Got rid of staff that had been there for years. Less frequent landscaping. Snow removal was horrific. Automated the door requiring apps to access building which is difficult for many elderly who aren’t tech saavy but have lived there for years. Office staff no longer on site and her customer service skills are unprofessional. Used to have a waiting list to move in and now empty apartments. After two large rent increases, I left. Management was responsive to concerns. Quiet neighborhood surrounded by industrial complex so not as busy as one would expect. Easy highway access, close to costco, supermarket.
