Serviced our apartment starting around September. For 8 weeks we had an insufficient technician come in who failed to tell us about the proper prep for the unit which resulted in them using a lesser form of treatment on our unit. Their workers are extremely inefficient with their methods and have extremely poor communication with the tenants of the unit to which they service. Sergio from Fenn Pest is a great technician that helps us upkeep our property and manages any pest issues that arise throughout the year. He is communicative, attentive to our needs, and takes care of us in a timely manner when urgent matters arise. He is also friendly with our residents, and addresses every one’s concerns with understanding and patience, and handles inspections with great care.
