If I could give zero stars, I would. This company has been nothing short of fraudulent. They failed to deliver the services we requested - after repeated requests to Roxana in the corporate office for over a month - ignored follow-up, and their management never once reached out despite assurances that they would. To make matters worse, they had the audacity to charge us almost $1000 for setting up a few traps around our home despite the fact that the technician never completed the follow-up visits — confirmed by our tenant. ... read more

They were prompt and thorough in explaining the process, especially when it came to tenting the house. We had an issue with ants in the garage as well, and they handled that efficiently, ensuring no pests were left behind.
