He is communicative, attentive to our needs, and takes care of us in a timely manner when urgent matters arise. If I could give zero stars, I would. This company has been nothing short of fraudulent. They failed to deliver the services we requested - after repeated requests to Roxana in the corporate office for over a month - ignored follow-up, and their management never once reached out despite assurances that they would. To make matters worse, they had the audacity to charge us almost $1000 for setting up a few traps around our home despite the fact that the technician never completed the follow-up visits — confirmed by our tenant. ... read more
