Jesse is an awesome exterminator! Very thorough and helpful. Osmara, Sarah, and Gio are also super helpful behind the desk.
Had them come in for pest control. We moved everything prior to make their jobs easier so they did not have to move it themselves. They moved my bookcase and dropped everything from the shelves. Broke my souvenirs and did not bother to pick it up or clean it. There is glass and glitter all over my carpet. We reported that some animal is digging holes in our porch for more than a month. An inspector came to detect it, but couldn’t definitively determine the problem and hence the solution to take care of this. Following the first inspection, the senior manager of the company discussed the issue with me and came down for another inspection. He detected ground squirrels are digging holes in our porch. We hired Fenn a couple of years ago to get rid of a massive ant infestation. They did a great job, so we signed a contract for quarterly service. They are professional, courteous, and reliable. We couldn't be more pleased. Thank you!
Disappointed, I had Fenn for on a monthly for several years to service our home in Venice. I'd say my rat traps were empty of bait more than 50% of the time.
