I’m very pleased that we had David Fenn on our side through this whole sales process! It was a complicated process which required: 1) buyer to sell previous home, 2) buyer’s proof of employment, 3) escrow extension, 4) removal of full contingencies, 5) notice to perform, 6) continuous communication, and 7) experience in these deep waters…that would caused most purchases to fall out of the basket (which it almost did a few times).
