John Fenn is terrible to work with. Extremely rude. I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone.
Lisa was on hand for us at our convenience, she kept the communication open at all times 24/7 & at all hours. Lisa is very direct, to the point, and her honesty was greatly appreciated not to mention her experience in reality. I learned a great deal from Lisa regarding home inspections. Countless hours spent waiting for returned calls from Lisa and Stephanie. Rude, condescending attitude when calling them to see homes. It's as if they are happy not selling houses. I'm sure John would like to move properties and they don't want to schedule visits or assist in working around schedules. Be sure to use your own realtor.
