Couldn't get a hold of this company on December 31st. They were closed. Had to call another brokerage and set up a policy through them. I called the company they got me the quote through and they were open but said I had to go through fenn & fenn or through another brokerage so that's what I did since they were open. Can't believe they were closed on a day all companies were open. How unprofessional.
