Couldn't get a hold of this company on December 31st. They were closed. Had to call another brokerage and set up a policy through them. I called the company they got me the quote through and they were open but said I had to go through fenn & fenn or through another brokerage so that's what I did since they were open. Can't believe they were closed on a day all companies were open. How unprofessional.
I have been trying to reach this insurance brokerage all morning for a rush request. They are closed on the 24th......What insurance brokerage closes on Christmas Eve during the day???? All brokerages are open at least a half day. I called my insurance company directly and they are open but they told me I have to go through my broker for my request so I am now left in a bad position. My Brokers email advises that they are open on Tuesday but the insurance company isn't....how does that make sense??? I've called other brokera... read more
