Dr Fenn saw my newborn who had just been released from the NICU. She talked over me, and cut me off while I asked questions. The worst part though was she sat with her leg crossed and rubbed the bottom of her shoe while talking with me. She then proceeded to give my baby an exam without washing her hands. Do not choose this doctor if you care about basic hygiene being practiced around your kids.
She was a good pediatrician until we moved. We've been trying to get our daughters immunization record and she won't answer the phone or call us back. We need them to enroll her in preschool.
