Loved the house but got screwed badly she disapeired on us and our dog fot extreemly sick from the yard of the home. A new pmg took over and evicted us because we paid her money and it was never paid to ownners therefore we had gotton evicted. By a new pmg screwed us over baddlt and now having a hard time renting with no criminal records and no other prior rental issues because of fenix thanks for screwing my life up

Fenix Property Management (Kristi Triplett) managed our properties for over a year. We had them do many rehabs, of which we have discovered poor workmanship, forcing us to redo much of the work. They placed tenants who had to be evicted almost immediately, but were very slow in the eviction process, costing us thousands of dollars in lost rent, and additional money to again get apartments rentable.
