I hired this plumbing company to help fix a problem, and it was a complete waste of time and money. They came out, drained the water out of my pool, took my payment, and then completely disappeared. They never came back to address the actual issue or even return my calls. I tried following up multiple times, but they stopped responding altogether. The plumber who came to my house was rude, dismissive, and acted like he was doing me a favor. He barely explained what he was doing and left a mess behind. Customer service was just as bad when I called to complain. Avoid them!
Had them fix a clogged drain, and within a week, it was worse than before! Clearly, they didn’t do a proper job, but when I called to have them check it again, they wanted to charge me full price for another visit. Total ripoff!
I wish I could give more than 5 stars! It is Sunday night after waiting for another plumber all day (+4 unanswered phone calls after being quoted $650 ) who didn't show up for an urgent clogged toilet. I found his company through taskrabbit and within 10 minutes of the request he answered and was able to be at my door in 30 minutes at 7pm! It was a godsend! Let me start by saying a big thank you, called them on November 5th 2024 for a vanity cabinet and a bathroom sink, since the old tenant moved out. They were precise with their timing and communication, they cleaned the area after they were done and went of their way to get it done, can't beat their prices, thank you again and will be doing business in the future again.
