Seniors beware, whole process was confusing, misleading, and not worth the money you'll get talked out of. Wanted 1 time service, (so i could determine quality of said service) , was talked into semi annual service, quoted for $300, didnt even realize i was charged $437 until they contacted me for what would be the 3rd service, well as i said it was a useless endeavor so i canceled 3rd service even though it has been paid for. Fenix agent, Milo did a great job explaining what he was going to do. He was very pleasant and seemed knowledgeable of what the product does for wasp/ hornets, etc.
