I rarely post, but this requires posting. I want to give as many people the oppportunity to inform custmers that do business with Fenix Pest control. That they will go into your banking institution without permission and deduct whatever amount they say you owe them. You might what to consider paying with cash if at all possible. I recommend NOT dealing with them at all.
Fenix Pest Control Technician Treqwan Thomas did an awesome job in our home. He cleaned and sprayed the whole house all the corners and was really professional in his job.
Just had our first service and Chad Dozier was our service technician. He was so polite and professional, did the outside of the house first and then came inside for treatment, he had no problem with my toddler following him around and was just so kind that it definitely goes a long way when you treat my kiddo with love too. He wore blue feet covers to protect our floors after being outside in the nasty muddy grass. I’m hopeful for a positive result with no bugs!
Recently this company has been dropping the ball and either not showing up or cancelling appointments on the expected service day. After two weeks of no one following up I called to reschedule service. Some of the techs are very thorough and do a good job and some spend five minutes or less and jump back in the truck and sit idling for 20 minutes before driving off. Trey and Chad were extremely professional and friendly while providing the pest control service. I greatly appreciated their kindness towards my pets and kids as well as the thorough work they did. No more wasp nests for us!
