Fenix always come at the appointment when scheduled. Alex was at my house yesterday and took the time to explain everything he was doing. He was very helpful and courteous.
Fenix has been treating our home quarterly for over a year. Technicians are always professional and answer all questions.
Watch these people closely. I got an email stating a service was going to happen on a certain day. I called but no one answered so I left a VM. I told the company that I no longer needed nor wanted their scheduled service. A technician showed up and sprayed the house. Now I am going to be charged a treatment that I feel I didn't need.
