I wasn’t sure if I needed pest control, but then I saw one ant in my kitchen and decided not to take any chances. The technician handled the situation with impressive professionalism and an unreasonable amount of charm. The ants are gone, my house is secure, and somehow my standards have increased. I’ve been a customer with Fenix Pest Control for quite a while now, and they never seem to disappoint me when it comes to protecting my home and ultimately my family from bugs and little pests that have the potential to interrupt our daily lives, especially those times when we enjoy spending time outdoors. I want to always be mindful of reviews as I don’t want to impact someone’s livelihood, but I do hope the owner sees this. I called 5/29/26 with an emergency a mouse was in my home and I was freaking out. The sales person who answered the phone asked me typical questions name, address etc and then sent me a contract- no warning, no explanation just trying to hit a quota I guess. Signed up with Fenix Pest Control in June 2024 with the understanding I could cancel after May 2025. When I tried to cancel, I was told there’s a 30-day notice requirement buried in the fine print—yet service reminders are sent just 2 days before the visit. That effectively forces you into paying for an extra service whether you want it or not. This feels intentionally structured to make cancellation difficult and extract additional charges.
