They are so great, Shane, and everyone that comes, are so friendly and love my puppers :) Their process is so refined, everything from the office, text message system, to the 30 minute heads up call, and the spray WORKS. Highly recommend them, don’t know how you get better.
Fenix Pest has treated us well. Always willing to listen and make recommendations for our homes needs. Alejandro is kind and very efficient with his work. So happy we signed up!
He was very quick with the exterior service, didn't tell us when he was finished. Don't think he filled the rodent boxes, which needed done. If he would've talked to us when he was done, I would've asked him to do that. No interior was done but probably not necessary this time. I had also asked him to knock down the wasp nests on the deck and above the big window, he didn't do either. ☹️🙄 Wouldn't rate his service very high and if this is a pattern will look for new company.
