I added a few small group Fenix sessions to my workout schedule about a month ago, and the results have been tremendous. I’m a working mom with a sedentary job, and after starting my small group sessions I breathe better, feel more agile when playing tennis and have an overall feeling of wellness that I haven’t felt since I was in my 20s. I do one of my group sessions with my preteen son, and besides his obvious fitness gains, we are connecting in other ways and having fun together. Highly recommend!!
Dave and his crew are the best around. If you want a team of dedicated professionals to help you get in shape, get healthy, this is where you need to be. Dave is also an American military hero and we need to supoort those that protect our freedoms every single day.
