I worked out at Phoenix for the last few years. With Dylan. He always motivated me and kept me moving to achieve my goals. He’s the best!
The trainers are outstanding, enthusiastic, energetic, and skilled. They are incredibly supportive of their client’s goals. I’ve had the good fortune of working with Dylan for the past five years. He is very motivating, professional, and makes the entire experience, fun and enjoyable.

I recently had the pleasure of attending a pop up mat Pilates class led by Carla. It was challenging and fun. The facility is clean with a wide variety of equipment. I love all the natural light that comes into the gym.
