First time customer. The service technician Paul was very professional and polite. Inspected and repaired the items we needed fixed. Did inspection of the breaker box too. Paul was very knowledgeable in the repairs needed. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. Processed the repairs very quickly. Price of repairs was fair. Would recommend using this company with others.
Very satisfied with the electrian work was professional and clean. Paul was very polite and knowledgeable. Will definitely use and recommend Fenix to handle all electrical problems.
Paul came out to the house for an electrical issue with our A/C unit. He was very nice, friendly, likable, and very knowledgeable. He was not able to fix our issue due to it being a low voltage issue instead of a high voltage issue. He called another electrician and got us an appointment set up for the same day in the afternoon. He was awesome!! I would absolutely recommend him and the company to anyone needing an electrician.
I can't even begin to express how great of customer service was provided from the tech with Fenix. Paul went above and beyond in every single aspect of the job. If every company out there provided even 1/10th of the quality, knowledge, and professionalism as Paul with Fenix provided the world would be a much better place. Can't recommend these guys enough! Will be using them again in the future on some projects, hopefully not in another emergency situation next time.
Full breaker panel replacement, 3 circuits. Guys were professional, fast, cleaned up after themselves and reasonably priced. Very accommodating to a last minute request as well. Will hire again for future electrical work.
