I have tried to make a private post so my name doesn't show, but I can't figure it out, and the staff here needs the 5 stars (more if I was able to give them). I just have to say that I've lived here for 5 years, and just like owning a home, there have been maintenance issues. Everything has always been addressed and taken care of, no questions. We lived in Fenimore Trace Apartments for 3 years, never been late on rent, never made an issue of anything. We had to pay $900.00 total to detail our cars due to all the sap trees in the parking lot never made a fuss. A few weeks ago we vacated the apartment and they kept our security deposit because of what they said was a bleach stain on the bedroom and living room rug.
