I don’t comment on Property Management companies, but Fengate is top tier. I work in one of their buildings and they go above and beyond to making sure the tenants are well looked after and felt appreciated. Washrooms are always super clean, they did a flu shot clinic, they overhauled their tenant lounge with snacks and drinks, they do summer BBQs, Food truck Wednesdays, food drives etc. Fengate seems like they genuinely care and want to show it. I appreciate all that they do. Happy to be working in one of their buildings!
I work at one of the buildings and it’s always very clean. The building hosts different events such as community clean ups, food drives, and even flu shot clinics.
Great staff and programs at the buildings. Really appreciate the free flu clinic they hosted for us.
