I chose this location because I wanted Boba and most places were closed early because of Easter. I walked in and two women looked at me. One looked me up and down twice. I had to say hello first. Then another women came up and just starred at me and didn't greet me at all. I'm not a local but I visit my family from time to time. I usually love this place, so this visit was disappointing. I brought my reusable cup like I normally do, but the employee would not fill it and instead asked me to pour the drink into my own cup myself. She also said less ice was not possible even though that seems to be a customization option. I still like this place, but the interaction left me feeling a little hurt.
Wonderful place! Tried the Mango Breeze and was amazing. Great quality on ingredients everything has a great taste.
This was a fun family place with great decor. The variety of products available is a plus.
