We are regular customers and had good experience until today. The lady made the drink with wrong type of boba and decided to strain the tea out and re-pour it to new cup. It is unacceptable due to cross contamination possibility while opening the cup. Please throw any wrong drink away for the sake of customer safety. We ended up received a drink with extra ice despite of ordering less ice.
Brody, and I went for dirty boba. after seeing regular show lost tapes (the boba episode).
