I ordered my usual drink at Fencha and asked for less ice, but the cup came out not full, which was disappointing. When I say less ice, I’m expecting more tea, not less of everything! The drink itself tasted fine, but it just didn’t feel worth it when the cup wasn’t filled properly. Hopefully, the staff can be more careful next time — less ice shouldn’t mean a smaller drink.
I paid a steep $7.50 for a boba drink with less ice and cheese foam on the side. Despite asking for less ice, the cup was significantly underfilled. Paying such a premium price for an order only to have the cup not even filled up is ridiculous and shows a complete lack of portion control. While the drink's flavor was fine, the overall experience was overshadowed by the incredibly poor value. I cannot recommend this shop based on this price-to-volume issue.
Ordered: Thai Tea Price: $5.25 Ordered it with regular sweetness and ice. Boba was good and chewy. Tea was not that strong in flavor (I tend to like strong tea flavor), but it was still refreshing
