I absolutely cannot recommend Fenders. Ten months ago, I had the clear coat fail on my car. I brought it in and dealt with delays and poor communication from the staff. Recently, I had to bring the car back because the clear coat failed, again. In the exact same spot that was originally repaired. Traveled from Destin to Crestview to have my mothers Camry repaired here. Multiple incidents caused quite a lot of body damage, but they worked with her insurance and me to get all repaired. Very pleased with work performed and all staff were very pleasant and accommodating.
I do recommend Fenders. Although my car wasn't done on time, as promised and updates weren't provided in a timely manner, they did an acceptable job on the repair.

We try and provide a repair update every 48 to 72 hours depending on the level of the repair. The majority of that is completed electronically. Based on your feedback, we will work to improve both. I will absolutely use Fenders Collision USA for all my future body shop needs. I highly recommend them for their work. My car is actually beautiful inside and out. I feel I just got a brand new car! Also the women up front were so kind and made sure I felt comfortable and safe when I was there during this pandemic. I THANK each one of you!
Brought in my 2018 Jeep Wrangler JLU for repairs as the result of a minor fender bender. They were courteous and professional, as well as understanding about me wanting to get my vehicle back as soon as possible. They worked closely with my insurance company to insure proper repairs were done timely and proficiently. Thank you Fender Collision Repair for taking care of my vehicle!
I went to another body shop at first because I did not know about Fenders. The other shop told me that I had to leave my car all day to detail it with side body molding and pinstripes. I did not plan to leave my car overnight so I called Fenders and they said bring it over now and we will do it right now. And they took it right in and did a beautiful job in less than an hour!! The staff was very friendly and very professional, and the price was fair. I highly recommend them and I will use them in the future.
I would highly recommend Fenders Collision. The staff is very friendly and helpful(Natasha & Lisa). We had hurricane damage to two of our vehicles. Very pleased with the excellent repair job on our Nissan. Thank you, Bill Roberts, for going above and beyond to make our experience a pleasant one.
