Did not deliver all my parts, said they would deliver the remaining parts the next day but never came through and kept my money. Not an honest business. Horrible mgmt.
I really didn’t appreciate the guy named Mack who I believe is the owner kicking me out the store. He couldn’t find my shop in their system, mind you we’ve shopped here before. I’m a new shop and I understand he has been in this business for 30 years. However when I tried to tell him if he can look up the shop via phone number. I get told to “leave on a good note” and that “I don’t have a shop.” I didn’t want to argue or leave on a bad note so I kindly left no questions asked. Really unprofessional and rude.
