Their work is outstanding & their service is commendable. The original install was my neighbor's. A post removed caused a total collapse of the fence & gate. Responsibility was denied and supposedly backed up by the neighbor and attempts to fix the fence by friends was a disaster. I messaged them 5 months later and they actually came out & fixed it better than the original.

We went out on bid with five different fence companies. we actually had bids a few hundred less but chose Fencing Solutions because of their reviews and the better quality of their product. The crew was here 7:00 and almost finished the whole job by that afternoon. our install was a little complicated but they had no problems. like to thank Steve our salesman, Reynaldo the crew chief and his crew, Annette the problem solver and Chance. couldn't ask to work with a better bunch. Wont stand behind the product. Horrible customer service. Would go with any other company before this one. Good sales man, but thats where it stops. They don't let you know when they are coming, and won't replace scratched and dented vinyl boards and beams.
After meeting with the Fencing Solutions representative we were very impressed with the product they sell and the many other positive reviews. Now that our fence is installed we want to let everyone know beautiful it looks. But more than that, the Fencing Solution Crew was terrific. They worked hard, carefully and skillfully. It was soooo hot, but they stayed on the job until it was finished. Everyone was very polite and considerate. Well done Fencing Solutions!!! KUDOS!
