While this company appeared to have done a good job with the installation of our split rail fence four years ago, they failed miserably honoring their warranty & customer service. Shortly after the installation, the top of a pine tree fell into the rails between two posts. I repaired the fence since this was my issue. 4 years later 6 vertical posts have rotted and broken off at the ground level. Fence works has installed 3 wood fences and a metal gate, all different styles, at different properties for me and all have turned out great. The sales people listen and the installers are professional. I would work with them again.
