Solid experience. However, they installed the latch on the gate incorrectly so the gate wouldn't open. When I told them about the issue, they quoted $125 to come out and fix it. Little irritating after spending several thousand on a fence.
Purchased both a playground in 2018 and a Trampoline in 2002. Mike and Liz assisted us in our transactions and both were very helpful and patient answering all our questions. I highly recommend that if you are in the market for a new playground, trampoline, basketball hoop or fencing, visit fenceworks as they not only specialize in cool products but provide excellent customer service.
Fenceworks recently redid our fence in the backyard, we live in Highland Park, IL. The sales team and office were great in the early parts of the process. They explained everything really well and helped us understand the process. The challenge came when they installed the fence. Their contract states they are not responsible for any damage but here’s where it get interesting. They opened up a sprinkler line, forgot to close off the water, and flooded our basement. Had a basketball hoop installed and we couldn’t be happier. The salespeople were informative and the installers were so professional and did a great job. The post is adjustable for height and looks great complimenting our house and landscape. Would highly recommend Fence Works for their expert sales and service
This is the second time we have used Fenceworks. A few years ago they installed a swing/playground when the kids were younger and this time we went with the basketball hoop. For us the process was super easy. We traded a few emails and when we agreed on the model etc I dropped off a check. The installers had to wait till the weather warmed up, but the guy who laid the concrete was very nice and accommodating.
