Very poor customer service! 1st order they sent was the wrong height. I had to send multiple pictures to verify it was sent incorrectly. 2nd order came as 100% black out which looked like a black tarp after we hung it. Client was unhappy. We took it down same day & asked to exchange. They said it was a custom order & because we hung it they would not exchange. 156ft, 3 panels at 50ft normal sizes, 1 panel at 6ft which I was willing to eat. 3rd order I accidently ordered the 2' 8" instead of the 3' 8".
