Vic is a hot head will curse at you when stuff isn't going his way and you ask questions about the job he's very nasty always just trying to collect his check and never go over the job when it's finished he says it's all done grass growing through the pavers not level his guys drink on the job all day and throw there trash all over

We contact Vic at the end of 2019 to give us prices on the installation of a fence and pavers on out backyard. We ask about some of the reviews that we read about him and his business and wanted to give him a chance to tell us his side before we made a judgement. He explained and asked us to give him a chance to hire him and promised this amazing job. We agreed on a price and hire him. THE WORSE MISTAKE EVER!!!! CROOKS! I hired them to have work done at my home's backyard. I prepaid because of the materials needed. When they were half done they said it would be more money to finish the job. I said I'd pay but they would need to finish first. They left and never came back. Their employees broke 5 sections of the sidewalk owned by the homeowner association, damaged my pool screen enclosure and destroyed a section of fence. Over $3,000 work of damages that they caused! Now my lawyer can't find them to file suit. SCUMBAGS!!!

We had used Fences and Pavers by Design about three years ago to do pavers on our driveway and front walkway. It was completed in a timely manner and have had many compliments from friends on the finished design. In June of 2019, we decided to redo our pool patio in pavers (similar in color to our driveway) and again chose Vick for the project, as we had been pleased with his work in the past. Vic (Vadim A*****), with Fences and Pavers, by Design (license: ***********), was hired to remove our existing deck and replace it with brick pavers, as well as extend our downspout away from the house by burying an 20' extension pipe. When the project started, which took 2 ½ month for him to begin after multiple failed attempts to obtain a solid timeline, his crew left the deck partially torn out and a 5' mound of dirt blocking the roadway for over a week. Paid $5000 for a brick patio to find water gushing up through the bricks. Irrigation was destroyed in that area. Bricks were then pulled up for plumbing to be fixed and cable line replaced. Company claimed I should have been responsible for fixing the irrigation. After many, many attempts calling/texting to get the bricks put back in, I finally finished the project myself (roughly 8 hours). Poor customer service. Doesn't work with the customer well, pushy, unreliable, etc. Check was cashed without fulfilling the contract.

This company put a patio down and left a sprinkler head below the surface of a 23 by 23 area the water is coming through because I live in a community the sprinklers are on a schedule so I as a customer would not have known anything was wrong until it was scheduled to come on again. I contacted Vic the owner who I hired and already paid $4600 and he basically blew me off. His attitude from the second day after receiving his down payment has been less than disirable. The experience with this company was very positive. I called and they always returned my calls promptly. We agreed on a price for pavers in my backyard. He was supposed to start in two weeks but told me he would try to start sooner. Two days later his men showed up and started working, it was Saturday. Monday morning they came and finished the job. I was hassitant doing business with this company because of the amount of complains , but believe me it's not the quantity it's quality of their work that speaks for itself . Very professional and fast !
