My husband is a fence contractor and I handle all of the material orders. we always purchase our materials through fence outlet, quality is great and prices reasonable. Lindy has been helping us out as our sales rep there and does a fantastic job. She’s quick to respond and able to answer any questions I may have. Highly recommend her for any contractors needing assistance.

Fence was completed in one day, 300 feet. All post were removed not all concrete from the post take out. Generally not a problem, however, the lloversight ended up damaging my sprinklers which they did a great job fixing on the second visit. I asked the supervisor, who assisted with the sprinklers, to talk with a customer service manager and no one ever called back. Great value and fast work. Fence looks great.
Fence installs have gone without a hitch. The issue is with repairs/support. 5 days no response about what i think would be a simple gate repair caused by a recent wind storm. Two website forms for repair and 5 days later my only contact was a phone call wanting pics wednesday morning. Its Friday and no reply.
Went to get ideas to extend my own fence, and asked Dwayne a quick question. He showed us different gate options when i explained what i was looking for and gave me additional information on the panels and post options. Ended up getting with Danielle to setup an appointment for Matthew to come out for a quote instead of just DIYing it because of how helpful Dwayne was.
