What an awful experience. The company representative came out to give an estimate on 2 projects. He gave me one estimate and was supposed to give me the second one. I was able to secure my own financing and not the one he suggested. Days went by and I did not receive the second quote. Consequently, the quoted project was temporarily paused until the customer secured external funding. Upon notification, our receptionist informed the owner, who diligently resumed working on the remaining details after completing his work day.
