If you want to deal with some of the most disreputable, uncaring and unpleasant people, then this is the fence company for you. They consistently avoid calls and rarely respond to emails from customers on a timely basis. Excuses and shallow apologies are what you get. Sabrina, the GM is mostlly missing in action. After canceling our contract with them, we are still waiting for our refund check, sent "snail mail," according to the only person who actually answers the phone, Betty, but always with attitude.
