Zack and Matt are awesome, super knowledgeable and saved my bacon by finding me a product that was better and very comparable in price! Im a general contractor and cannot afford to wait for back ordered items that other suppliers told me i was out of luck. They worked with me for some time untill they came up with a solution. They were patient and full steam ahead! I now will exclusively use these guys for all of my deck, fence and pergolas!
I would not recommend trusting this place. I thougth it would a great place to get wood decking for my front porch. I was told they had the decking options I wanted. I paid for the wood and was informed it would be availabe in a day or two. I then received a call a day later to be informed that the wood I order they did not have and could not get. Very good customer service. explained the type of trex and wood.
I ordered lumber twice from these guys and they have been very helpful. Both times they spent quite a while helping us load and once they stayed late when we had to take two trips to get it home.
