I have waited over 2 months for my refund and have been treated very poorly on the phone, and as of today no refund, be careful before you do any kind of business with them. started on 10/01/14, today 12/06/14 only used there RV lot for one day and paid them for 7 months, had a family emergency and had to leave. Wish i would have checked with the BBB, look up there rating it is a F the lowest a business can get.
