My 77 year old mother needed a restroom and they sent her to steinmart! Do the people who work there run to stien mart when nature calls? Doubt! I will NOT ever go back! Rude people!

We have a very strict "No Public Restroom" policy due to the fact that we hold our consignors items in the very small Employees Only storage room that we have - it's crowded back there! I apologize for any inconvenience that our store policy might have caused yourself or your mother.
