My experience was outstanding. Dr, Murphy is the consummate professional with superior knowledge, skill, and personal skills. He helped me tremendously with, literally, life-changing surgery. All my questions and concerns were answered before and after surgery. The staff was very kind and accommodating as well.
I was scared until I met Dr Murphy. He assured me all would be good after my surgery. He was correct. I am so glad I had this opportunity to have met him and had him correct my problems. I highly recommend him. I was explained all the procedures and costs ahead of time.
They are misleading with their billing and upfront costs. Things are not fully explained to patient at time of consultation. I prepaid for treatments to receive a 10% discount, but then when they tacked on an additional treatment no one explained that would be additional costs. No verbal nor written explanation given. Very displeased.
