The staff is incredibly kind and made the entire process smooth and fast. They take the time to explain everything clearly, so you always know exactly what you’re getting and why. From start to finish, it was an excellent experience!
I had an amazing experience at this location! I received my very first iron infusion here, and everyone made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. The nurses/staff checked on me several times during my infusion and even put my anxiety at ease. Overall, my appointment went smoothly, and I was out the door in an hour! 100% recommend coming here! :)

WOW! This place is so amazing. I had such bad experiences before and was so scared to ever try again but I'm so glad I tried Hem on call. The whole staff is so kind and knowledgeable. The who center is super clean and they have snacks and water on hand for you. Everything went great during my first visit and I can't wait to come back for my next one. Thank you Hem on call for making me feel like home.
I had a really good experience for my transfusions but I overpaid by a couple hundred dollars and they keep telling me the check for overpayment will be sent to me. Well it’s been almost 3 months and no check and it’s impossible to get anyone to help me.
