Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I let them know that I had another appointment at 10 am before even coming to make sure I could be out in time the said come in at 9. So I came at 8:30 so I could be seen a little bit sooner. I got called back at 9 where I had to sit for another 45 minutes. I walked out and asked the nurse why it was taking so long when she told me prior that I was next. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They knocked before entering the exam room, which I found to be very professional. They were so kind and attentive to me. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Dr. Higalgo was very nice and extremely genuine and caring.
