I have been visiting this center since the beginning of my pregnancy since I suffer from low iron. I have never encountered such an amazing staff in all aspects of the process. Front desk greeted me the moment I entered. The nurses were very attentive and informative on my first visit, gentle as well with the IV placement which had me worried, since I do not like needles. On August 18th, I had my first intravenous iron infusion. Unfortunately, my experience with the nurse responsible for inserting the IV was terrible. I experienced significant pain, and before the infusion even began, I told her that I was already in pain. She flushed the IV with saline to verify that the access was correctly placed, and it was indeed functioning properly. However, I continued to feel pain and told her this three separate times. I contacted FEM women’s Health by phone on August 1st. I was treated very well by the representative who assisted me, and it was an excellent experience. Shortly afterward, I had my consultation with Perla, who is undoubtedly one of the best healthcare professionals I have met in Florida. In addition to explaining everything clearly, she is extremely empathetic, kind, and pleasant.

Worst front desk staff. Never got to meet with a doctor because they kept canceling my appointments without calling. I’m 30 weeks pregnant and I’ve had 2 appointments canceled this week alone without any notice. I was supposed to have an appointment almost half an hour ago, and they kept me on the phone, giving me the runaround for almost an hour. I don't understand how a clinic can work with telemedicine and be so difficult to attend to the phone. It is almost impossible to talk to an agent. We need to keep trying for hours (or days) to be successful. It's really disappointing. Do not reccomend.
