We had hail damage to our roof, siding, and gutters. We were struggling to try to get our claim moving forward with our insurance company. Rick Feltz came out and helped work with our insurance company. He helped fight with us to get the claim moving forward. Rick went above and beyond to get all the photos of damages, measurements, and other details to help prove damages were from the hailstorm. Incredible overall experience working with Rick. He came out quickly, listened to our roofing concerns, and quickly got to work diagnosing the problems. We had a leak that was starting to cause damage inside... two other companies came out and didn't want to deal with just a leak (instead replace the whole roof). Rick fixed the issue and it's been dry as a bone since! We'll be reaching out to Feltz Construction anytime we need work done and recommending them to friends & family.
