Professional and well equipped office. Great information about everything seen and detected with my eyes and I left very confident in my eye health and prescription
Our whole family loves this practice! Dr. Felton is so great to work with, and he explains everything about your eye health. They are awesome about getting quick contact orders in (bailed me out just before an international trip) and everyone is very friendly. I've been extremely happy with our care.
I was impressed from the get-go when I first called and got to speak with an actual human being right way instead of a virtual assistant dragging me thru endless pressing of number options, only to be referred to a website for assistance. That was my unfortunate experience when I tried calling another eyecare provider in town, but the friendly folks at Felton got me in for an appointment the very next week and were warm, personable and welcoming when I arrived. After visiting other Missoula eye care facilities in the past and NOT feeling valued as a patient/client; I felt valued and informed and cared for by Dr. Ty Felton and Staff. I appreciate very much the time that Dr. Felton took to explain equipment, procedures and care. I highly recommend Felton Eyecare to anyone who is trying to find a great eye care doctor and caring staff! Thank you Dr. Felton and Staff.
