Worked at Felton for 9 years. It's a company that refuses to change and listen to its workforce. All machines are extremely lacking in maintenance and only receive the minimum maintenance when they are unable to run. Management takes no responsibility for their shortcomings and instead blames those below them. After less than two years at a new company already making 2.5x more than my salary at Felton. Avoid working for Felton unless you are absolutely have no other choice for income.
