I was very impressed with both the lady on the phone and the two plumbers (Bill and Ted) who came to my rescue after a botched Home Depot refrigerator delivery and installation. They came the same day, arrived around 6PM and worked like dogs until 9:30PM - all on hourly time, not overtime! They took care of uncrating the refrigerator, moving it into the house, changing the door swings and installing it along with some other plumbing work that needed to be done. Great guys, good company!
Had a pipe break in the basement. Called Feltner's and the next day Steve and Andrew came out, fixed the pipe quickly and professionally. Got me in contact with a restoration company that could come out the same day to do a free assessment for the condition of our insulation behind the dry-wall within a few hours. Highly recommend.
