Great property manager very responsive and takes great care of our condo property.
Disrespectful and untrustworthy Don't bother with this company. They treated us with such disrespect... My wife and I rented an apartment from them and were the best tenants you can have (pay in time, keep the place well and clean). We have been treated with disrespect and contempt all along by Pat Felte. In addition, they did not pay our full security deposit back even if we gave the place back much cleaner than it was. For your own good, don't work with them.
Terrible!!! This company is untrustworthy and full of lies! Having major problems with this real estate. Save yourself a headache and tons of nerves.Do not give them your business!!!! You will be sorry if you do.
