I agree...staff needs some dosage of friendliness. I just called to make an appointment. One lady answered that I can't make appointment at that time and should call back again after half hour, as I was trying to say thank you...she just hung up on me. It was just impolite!!!! I have not met the doctor yet. Now I have doubt if I should call them again.
Brenda W. I was referred several months ago by my general dentist to see Dr. Felsenfeld for replacement of my missing molar and bicuspid teeth on the lower right. I had root canals and crowns placed on those teeth and they subsequently fractured. Dr. Felsenfeld was very thorough in his evaluation during my consultation but he is also a very personable doctor. Great experience!! My dentist referred me to Dr. Felsenfeld for implants. A friend of mine had already used him and raved about how nice he was and that she never had a problem with his work. I went to see him, and he removed two of my teeth and gave me two implants. I now can affirm everything my friend told me. He was professional, careful and was extremely considerate. Incredible staff and wonderful doctor. I have to say this was a world class office. Dr. Felsenfeld's staff was very courteous. Dr. Felsenfeld was friendly , knowledgeable and understanding. They had no problem accommodating me into their very busy schedule. Once I got there the staff was very informative and the surgery went very smooth. I would highly recommend Dr. Felsenfeld to anyone seeking his specialty.
Office staff needs improvement The office staff was not very friendly. No small chit chat, no kind words to ease a child's mind of being there. Now Dr. Felsenfeld was very friendly, explained the procedure in full and made sure it was all understood. But then the insurance coverage they have is minimal, so out of pocket cost were huge for us.
