Unfortunately, I am confused. I do not know why you ate stating that I had a complementary service call. While I did speak with the Service Manager I paid nearly $100 for that service call. My check was cashed and I did not receive any amount as a refund. I received an extension on the warranty but that is not a complementary service call.
