I had an issue with my kettle, so I called the store and they told me to come on down, no appointment needed. John and Cal (I believe that was his name) went above and beyond to help me out. They were both incredibly friendly and helpful, and made the whole experience easy and hassle-free. Really impressed with the customer service and grateful for how they took care of everything. Thank you both!

Fellow Opus Grinder failed at the 2.5 year mark with light/moderate use. Grinder will constantly stall, even after being cleaned and when running without any beans. Reached out to customer support and was told that no replacement part could fix this and that nothing could be done since it was out of warranty.

Fellow has one of the most beautiful store fronts and always has the most amazing and helpful teams. Today Lily guided me through the Product line and helped me understand the difference in grinders and the different types of coffee machines they have. Their understanding of the product line was unmatched and shows how much they care about the products and craft. I’m always amazed by the consistency of the staff they hire.
