We were a party of seven and dined at Fellini's on Lavista. We ordered 10 slices of pizzas and 3 salads along with beer and wine. After @45 minutes we had been served nothing but a pitcher of beer and one small glass of wine and that is only because we were able to get it ourselves. When the order was delivered, half of the pizzas were missing and there were no salads. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! Over $50 of food ordered, on my lunch break from work, get there only to be told our order had been GIVEN AWAY! No apology from ANYONE .. told they had to remake order and it would be 10-15 minutes, which it took almost 30, and the first thing out the so-called manager's mouth was "what do you want cause you ain't gettin no free food" .. at no time did ANYONE even ask for free food but you see a group of folks with color in their skin and the first thing you think is we're trying to get f... read more
