Whoever was working 25th of November was so rude. She was rude the first time I went in looking me up and down, no smile, nothing. I went back later to buy something and she gave me the dirtiest look, I had to leave even though I wanted something from the shop. She was just too rude I didn't want to contribute to her pay check.
Fantastic JAA certificated jewellery store with a wide variety of stunning pieces! First time walking in, I got served by Mark, who demonstrated a wealth of knowledge. Second time, Evelyn assisted me and I ended up purchasing a top-quality gold chain necklace with a beautiful boulder opal pendant. Love my new jewellery pieces & will treasure them for life. Horrible experience today. We were not greeted by the man working in the store, but instead he ended his phone call saying to the person on the other end “got to go, just had people come in to waste my time”. Honestly super disgusted at the attitude from him, why have an open shop if you are bothered by people coming to look? Looking at the previous reviews also, looks like there is a pattern going on. Very judgemental clerk.
Just walked in and had the older sales man on the phone end his phone call saying “got to go, just had people come in to waste my time”. You should be absolutely ashamed of yourself mate, I sincerely hope you develop a better attitude and more respect towards potential customers.
